Your phone needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. If your phone is locked, contact your current carrier to unlock it first.

Once you arrive, message us on LINE and we'll direct you to the designated pickup spot at your airport. A driver waiting nearby will meet you within about 5–10 minutes, holding a MoriPay name sign. Please confirm your name with the driver before getting in.

Rides are paid with your MoriPay balance only.

Payment is due in advance. Once your booking is confirmed on LINE, the fare is paid from your MoriPay balance, so there's nothing to pay in the car.

It depends on the vehicle. Let us know how many passengers and bags you have when you book, and we'll match you with the right vehicle.

Travel insurance protects you against injury, illness, theft, accidents, and more while you travel. If something goes wrong, it helps cover medical bills and other losses. Coverage, conditions, and limits depend on your plan and policy terms.

Be sure to buy your policy before you depart or before your trip begins. Policies purchased after your trip has started aren't eligible for coverage.

Coverage applies from when you arrive at an airport or seaport in Korea until you depart Korea. Incidents or medical treatment in Japan aren't covered.

Coverage mainly includes injury, illness, theft, damage to your belongings, and personal liability during your trip. See the policy terms and important notes for full details.

File a report with the local police and get a police report for the theft. Then contact our LINE support center and submit the required documents as instructed. Claims without a police report may not be covered.

Generally, you'll pay the bill yourself first and file a claim afterward. Direct billing with hospitals in Korea isn't available.

Follow our instructions and submit the required documents, such as receipts and a medical certificate. Claims may be denied if documents are incomplete or depending on the details of the claim.
