What happens if I'm late?

For rides from your accommodation to the airport, your driver will wait up to 20 minutes past your booked time at no extra charge.

For pickups from the airport to your accommodation, your driver will wait up to 2 hours after your flight lands at no extra charge. Additional fees may apply after that.

Flight delays don't incur additional fees. If your flight changes or is significantly delayed, be sure to let MoriPay Support on LINE know in advance.
